http://www.superbikeplanet.com/2008/Apr/080425c.htm
9/10 of a second separates rider 2 from rider 20. sheesh, gonna be close.

Re: WSBK Assen (Qualifying Spolier)
For me, the Supersport race was unfrickenbelievable!
The top ten ??? riders were all within 5 seconds ??? of each other and 1st and 2nd were separated by 0.014 seconds!
Great race! [thumbsup]

Re: WSBK Assen (Race Spoliers!)
Yes, Bayliss is awesome, but it sure sucks to know that this season is pretty much done for.
On a side note, do you think RLH is gonna go faster now that he no pinky either?

Re: WSBK Assen (Race Spoliers!)
I think Haga wants to give it a go.
I hope the season isn't a foregone conclusion, but I have to admit unless someone steps it up a notch it's looking that way.

i just get such enjoyment out of watching bayliss be such a pit bull. dude is amazing. but +1 on haga.. he's DYING to win.
and, haha. maybe this is tommy's year to get results and roger's to get beat up. altho, do we know how bad cardenas' totally boneheaded move hurt tommy yet?

No, not yet. JU said that Cardenas told them that the brakes were gone, however when the bike got back to the pit, the brakes worked fine. Apparently he was hit from behind (there's yellow paint on the tail of his bike) and then he tried to grab the brakes, found he had nothing and tried to aim for a hole. Unfortunately Tommy was right there and he hit Tommy with his body. One theory being tossed around is that when he got hit his pads were knocked out of place and that's why he had no brakes (you can see that he mashes the rear trying to stop in the replay), but yet they worked when the bike got back to the pit.
