Default Keith Code school @ Laguna in November

I know this is a bit early to be posting up for something in November, but I was wondering if anyone else is going to be doing the Keith Code school at Laguna Seca this November. Stillie bought us slots for my birthday!

just did Level 1 in march down here in SoCal. You're gonna have a blast! I might do Level 2 in june, and I'd love to do a session at Laguna, so maybe I'll see you there. ;D

Dunno if you're using personal bikes or school bikes, but be aware that Laguna is *very* noise sensitive, AFAIK stock pipes only.

We'll be using school bikes. It is less expensive to rent than to transport. This could be interesting, though. I've never ridden anything but my SV on the track, and they use ZX-6's. I've ridden Stillie's GSX-R 1000 (sold) on the street, in addition to a couple of others here and there, but never an I-4 600.

especially depending on the school level you are doing, it really doesn't matter. and the kawis are suuuper easy to ride.

...but learn from my mistakes and don't spend all day shortshifting before the powerband. [laugh]

I don't have a tach on my SV (well, I don't have any other gauges either), so I don't shift until I can feel it stop making power. [laugh]

hah! I wasn't looking at the tach, and was going by "feel"...it wasn't until I *started* looking at the tach that I realized that the "feel" of twin vs i4 was completely different [laugh]
