Bike is on long island, ny

Parting out entire bike or buy it as is for $1100. Engine runs, has 24k mikes, tank has rust and dents, carbs need to be cleaned and adjusted, tires need to be replaced, has salvage certificate. Looks a little weathered. Was from a repo auction so its not wrecked and not a flood bike. Frame is straight, has Corbin seat Pm me any parts or offers thanks.

do you still have the gas tank and if so im interested in it, as for the rust is it external rust that is not visable in the pictures or is the rust inside the tank

Yes I do, there is rust under the paint. I would really like to get rid of the whole bike though
