They will not fit a 4 valve bike. They're definitely for a 2 valve, but I'm not sure what size/year. They're about 1/4'' too short for my 2000 M900

The mounts for the Damper fit a 54mm fork and an 18mm frame rail. If the 695 has that, it should fit.
