I have a set of used CRG shorty levers off a 620 they are sliver with a red adjusted. I don't have photos taken yet but figured I would throw them up here before eBay. They were 200 plus shipping new. I would like 150 plus shipping. But I'm open to reasonable offers.

Here are the levers when I installed them about 2 years ago. They look about the same maybe the red is the tiniest bit less bright,

No these only fit the bikes with the box style fluid reservoirs.
