Value of 01 750 with tweaked frame

So I'm an idiot that bought a nice looking '01 750 that turned out to have been in some sort of accident.

The top welds in the neck are separating (not sure why i didnt notice that) and the triple tree(?) that holds the shocks together is 3/4 an inch higher on one side. I believe the frame is bent up front, but cant describe how much.

There are also a handfull of other little problems (motly upfront, again I'm not real bright). The engine is strong however. Oh, and it has the usual tank dent.

I am trying to get a feel for how much this sort of bike is worth. Also what could i expect from the major components if I part it?

I guess if anyone wants to make an offer that will answer my question and I will give it thought.

I'll offer something for the tank if you can provide pics and the dent is not too severe. Also, is it leaking from the hinge?

no leaks, the dent is on the right side, there is also a "belt buckle" dent. Ill try to get some pictures soon.

and i forgot to mention above. Its yellow with ~7600 miles

What color is the bike?
