OK, Lets get one thing straight, I love my bike (said so in another post) and if any body wants to argue the point, well, argue we will, but!!!

Is there anything on your bike which you hate??....

Mine is the bloody fuel tank which likes to leak, I know, I know, dont tell me to get such and such to fix this or turn that, I really (in this thread) dont want to know, er... yep the handlebars, still trying to suit that one out, oh, and horsepower, I want some more :'(

So.... what do you hate..... mate!!!

The shitty front discs that Ducati use, (Not warp speed Scotty) Warp factor. >
And the pissy fuel capacity, the only thing worse was my VTR 1000.

Other than that, aaaah wups I forgot .....Not enough goodie bits.

But i do hate it when i stub my toe on the corner of the bed @ 2 am in the dark going for a boot splash ???

What do I hate......
Weeeeelllll, the lack of adjustment on the front end.
But I'm sourcing a fix atm.
The fact that nothing is made for the 620 as far as bling, it's all S_R
Yeah I know mine is pretty well kitted but it was a hard search finding 620 parts.

Hate is a strong word, but, I picked up my brand new monster today. They kindly handed over a pack of ducati goodies the usual warranty, service stuff. I am a little peeved that part of the package was the accessories catalogue for 2008. Several parts listed say in the description how well the part will enhance the look of the bike. ie- "Carbon rear hugger - Indispensable to protect rear suspension components and rider legs from water and dirt. Also enhances the bikes lines". If its so indispensable and improves the look why wouldnt they include it as part of the bike.
Petty I know but it craps me.
P.S. It's still my dream bike and doesn't mean I not happy with it.

S4RT Fuel tank Range - or lack there of...................... :'( :'( :'( .... Say no more after last weekends 630km DML ride......

Seat and lack of any storage....... A www.saddle-box.com seat with the rear cowl / passanger seat area becoming a storage compartment was going to be the go but looks like the web site is gone so I guess the seat is as well...... :'( :'( :'(

I'm with Dragonworld on the fuel capacity. 13ltrs and the light comes on at 10?

Sure, I like to get off and rest every 200k's but does it always have to be at a servo.

Not really a hate, I just want to be riding it more rather than planning fuel stops.

Would it kill them to add a few extra litres to the tank? Carb ones had 15 ltrs didn't they?

I know what you mean Tricolore, the first thing I wanted to add to my S2R was a rear hugger - problem is, as we are all aware, that only starts the ball rolling so to speak ... and it would appear, it is a very slippery slope, there's no turning back ... and all those other cliches.

But I am sure you are aware that it is all part of their grand plan. Unfortunately from Ducati's point of view of all the (few) mods I have made none have been sourced from the Ducati catalogue.
