Default 08 Hyper w/full termi's beauty at a great price

Folks, this is one hell of a deal!

For Sale 2008 Ducati Hypermotard Standard with full Terminogi race system. Bike is located in Northern Virginia.

The bike has 2058 miles, first service was performed so maintenance is not needed until 7500 miles.
A 2 year unlimited mileage warranty covers 100% of the bike.
The bike is in PERFECT condition, not a single flaw on this motorcycle.
Bike has never been crashed, dropped, raced, stunted, or on a race track.

Asking price is $11,900 (MSRP new is 11,995 stock which does not include the $2400 termi + installation which would cost you a minimum of $400)

As stated above, this price includes the $2,400 full terminogi race system which is is made up of a full titanium exhaust (10lbs less
than the stock exhaust), race ECU tuned specifically for the hypermotard, air box, and rear license plate bracket.
The system has already been installed. The figures on the race system are 100hp and 89ft/lbs of torque at 4300rpm.
The bike is a beast and a ton of fun to ride.
Consider that if you brought this bike new, you'd pay 11,995 + shipping/dealer fees/assembly which typically run $700
That puts you at $12,695. If you bought the full termi's the cheapest you'll find them is $2000 + $400 installation so what would
cost you 12,695 + $2400 = 15,095 (assuming discount on termi's which retail for $2400) you can save $2995.

Full features and specs here: http://www.ducati.com/en/bikes/my200...ly=Hypermotard

The reason I am selling the bike is because I do not have the time to ride it. No sense in keeping a bike I do not have time
to ride so I'd rather see someone enjoy the bike. Between my road race schedule and work, it leaves me very little
time to enjoy the bike.

Price: $11,900 (no trades)

FYI I do have "some" room to play on price. Anyone looking for a hypermotard should consider this, like I said if you price everything out you're saving big time and better yet...sit my bike next to ANY new hyper and the choice is obvious. [thumbsup]

If I was not racing and training so much I would keep this bike because ask anyone who owns one, it is hands down one of the most
fun bikes you can throw a leg over. And the sound of the air-cooled v-twin (1000cc v-twin at that) with the full race system is simply amazing. >

Some food for thought if you bought a standard and termi's you'd spend $2400 more than what I'm selling my bike for which has them on ;-) *at a minimum*

Example...MSRP is 11,995 + dealer fees let's estimate $500

$12,400 (rounding for an easy number)

Add in the Termi's at let's say $2000 (lowest I've seen so far)

Add another $400 for installation

Total

$12,400
+2000 (termis)
+400 (installation)
-----------------
$14,800 VS 12,400 I'm asking...either way you look at it it's a savings of at least 2400. AND...my bike is *mint* so sitting on a new hyper VS mine is an easy decision. However, I leave that up to a buyer...if someone wants to spend the extra money which will end up being higher after a solid month of riding because they will end up with nearly the same mileage as mine then cool. However, if they want to save the money then my bike is one for consideration. Of course, if these bikes were anything like the normal supersport bikes that are a dime a dozen believe me, I'd part out the termi's and sell it bone stock for much less however, the installation and termi's I think actually add value at this time.

If interested email me: c_romano@yahoo.com

Not to sound corny but compare what I'm selling here to what you'd pay at a dealership.

Ok folks!! I updated the price...you may want to sit down

$11,900

YES...standard in mint condition AND full termi's!!!!

That is one hell of a deal for THE baddest Ducati you can buy for the street.

(I said street...although I'm sure it would do some serious work on some tracks)

Email or PM if interested :-)

Chris,

Re: that Titanium exhaust-- I've seen the marketing pics of the Titanium 2:1s where the cans are silver.

I prefer like the graphite colour of the ones you have on yours for sale. Do the cans break-in to become that colour of have you done something to them?
