Default Cincinnati - Monster Fans

Hey, looks like Cincinnati has at least three Monster fans (I live there too). I just picked up my first Monster last Friday. Bought off of ebay - went to Iowa to pick it up - trailered it back. '01 S4 with only 4700 miles on it. Termi exhaust. My point here is - you can find very good deals on ebay if you know what you are looking for. In my case, I was considering buying a 696 as an entry into the Ducati world (I've owned BSA, Harley, Suzuki, etc). Test drove one at the dealership over off Harrison Ave (I live in Loveland/Milford area). List price would have been 8900, plus another 1200 for the Termis to be installed. And the 696 is a bit anemic, though fun. I picked up this 916 S4 WITH the Termi performance kit installed by the dealer, for $7K. Only thing I was out was the trip to get it. I realize ebay isn't for everyone - but, it was my first buying experience on ebay, and it went well. There was a very nice looking M900 in FL with a high bid of $3900 that I was watching. So, something to consider. Just do a search for Monster under the Ducati category of bikes. If you guys buy one, drive it over to the big Wed Bike Night at Quaker Steak and Lube (I-275). Over a thousand bikes on good nights... live music, food, a lot of Harleys, but a good mix... sport bikes, tour bikes, etc. This is my first post - so I guess I got wordy. Sorry. Good luck to yas... Oh, here is my "new" bike :

Default Selling my 2003 620

Hey guys, I'm Selling my Monster

Like new Red Ducati Monster 620ie. Under 4000 miles on engine so engine is still breaking in. Rides perfect, low price for a bike who's engine is still practically new. Slight dent on right side of tank. $4500

Cheers, Dave
