Default bike knocked over on 14th st. need advice on repairs

yeah, parked in manhattan came back 20 mins later and noticed a broken clutch lever, broken left footpeg and of course a big ass softball size dent where the handlebar dug into the tank of my 01 900 monster dark. frame sliders prevented more damage. bike had been picked up and put back on kickstand. what a great guy. also for some reason took the broken parts from the ground, they were nowhere to be found. my questions are, what is my best option for replacing the passenger peg? i dont want new rearsets, i just powdercoated mine black. the pegs seem like a pain in the ass to remove and install. also more importantly, what to do about the tank? there doesnt seem to be any paint damage although there are a couple of dings and scratches i did myself that i wouldnt mind getting touched up. anyone in the new york city area you guys could recommend to help me with this? also a good price is more important to me than a super flawless custom job although i dont mind paying for good work. i guess somewhere in between is where im at. ive searched the forum and would like to avoid taking the tank off and mailing it to a guy and not having a bike to ride for a month. thanks for any and all advice, this shit is really bumming me out and id like to take care of this as soon as possible. also posted in tech.

Sucks.
Where on 14th?
I had my bike knocked over twice between 5th and 6th on 14th. Bastards.
I don't park there anymore.
