Default Dirty Jobs

Which is your favorite Dirty Job segment?

There seems to be a fair number of Discovery Channel fans on the DML, so the new question is of all the things that Mike R. has screwed up which is your favorite.

Mine is the Lake Eire water snakes. >

I think I liked the oyster episode.

They are all pretty good. Mike Rowe is a very like able person.

That was a great one, he really doesn't handle snakes well.

I don't really have a favorite, but (mostly because I have done it before) when he was pouring concrete using the pump truck is up there. [laugh]

The snakes was good one two.

And the one where he was at the recycled food place in Vegas with the pigs. The old guy who ran the farm was hilarious. He had to be an alcoholic.

My all time favorite is the Vegas pig farmer. The whole segment was like a non-stop Abbot and Costello routine. The pig farmer was the perfect straight man for Mike.

My 2nd favorite is the Poo-Pot guy. I kept hoping and hoping Mike would fall outta the boat. He almost did!

The best f-up episode was the Louisiana alligator wrangling segement. They lost close to 100k worth of camera gear when the airboat the crew was riding capsized.

For sheer insanity and the whole "Deliverance" curly toe factor, It's hard to beat the yookles who catch catfish with the their bare hands and arms.

The Los Angeles sewer one was cool. So friggin' disguisting I probably would have quit on the spot! :-X

The coal mine one was interesting. Being familiar with mine safety regulations I couldn't believe those guys were doing what they were. Very unsafe. Again...probably would have quit!

The plumbing one was hilarious when the guy was giving him shit for doing a terrible job of soldering copper pipe underneath some house. [laugh]
