My bonus?

I'm still employed.

We get profit sharing at the end of the year if things are good. Not a bad sum until Uncle Sam gets his hands on it.

We are a division of a parent company. Our division did well, but the rest of the company did not, so we get to suffer as a whole. Who cares if we busted our asses. We pay for the failure of the other divisions to meet their budgets. No big deal. My bills will pay themselves after all.

I got $27.50 in my last paycheck as an incentive bonus for our region.

Normally they'll just take us out to eat some fancy, but they split it up between all the employees..

My company is good to its employees. We get good bonuses, profit sharing, and stock dividends (if you own any) depending on how the company did that year. One of the benefits of working for a smaller company (~100 employees total). [thumbsup]

That's what sucks about larger companies. The employees of the other engineering firm (mega firm) we teamed with on my project always bitched they were crazy busy and chargeable, but thet never got a bonus because the other offices supposedly didn't do well. I'm sure their share holders did well though. :

Haven't got mine yet, but we usually get a nice little suprise, nothing big, not profit sharing, but it's nice to get an extra few hundred for gifts.

I get nothing.

My employees each get a couple grand.

It's barely enough to make them grumble less about the office meeting tomorrow.

Next year they get coal.

I work for a small construction company, this time of year my boss is always trying to spend as much money as possible so he doesn't pay taxes on it. I run the majority of his company, so it's hard for him not to give me a good bonus. Let's but it this way he bought himself a new Corvette Z-06 the other day and gave his '03 Z-06 (with less than 3000 miles on it) to his daughter for her bonus. Mine wasn't quite that good but close.
