i've only been through there once, and not for too long. the people were a bit strange.
I knew a few people in college from RI, they were all a bit strange.

they weren't as odd as the people from maine though.

then again i don't have enough of a sampling to make a good judgement.
i'll just say they are different and require further study in their natural habitat.
