Ahhhhhhhhhh! Spring is here! Great rides ahead. I know this is out of the zip code but I thought the fellow NMMR's would appreciate this little 2 part photo documentary. Sunday 3/23 I headed out Northbound on HWY 1 or Pacific Coast Highway. Past Malibu, about 30 or 40 miles from Hollywood is this quaint HD cafe the sportriders share, or more or less are off in a corner but a place to go none the less and look at the ocean across the street. There are guys blastin the HD's, wheelie'n the CBRR's at 50 or 60 down the highway and then guys like Capt.n America doin his own thing. Then there was Hyper standin there and takin it all in. Mostly a tough Easter day ride, alot of traffic and the only way to get around Los Angeles is to lane split. The cops do it so I just followed their lead
But then the next day Hyper headed for the hills. There are several ways to get to the crest through the Angeles forest. I chose one. No one was on this road, no one! Let me tell you the most amazing 20 miles of twisties, hairpins and dropouts. I might have hit 60 tops. Everything was TIGHT! 321GO had an amazing workout!
My first day in LA I went to see if I could test ride the 1098R but alas no such luck and my Hyper motard has fallen into the hands of a Ducaterati Glitterati
I thought you were bringin me a shirt, fartknocker.
Lance.....I wouldnt bring you anything except a ball of wire to tie you to some undercarriage or carriages.....but I did look for Bonfy and I told John I would get him one too. To my dismay they were all sold out of the black Beverly Hills shirts but ...I do go back there and I WILL get some shirts
