Yesterday's person was the guy suing me because he bought a house 3 years ago from me and the pine beetles taking over Colorado are now coming to his property. Where is bobspapa's spoon when i need it?!!

Count, I am learning more and more about the legal system and I wish every lawyer in America catches 3 does of the clap and recovers from all but the first.

Did you know that it is legal to sue anyone over anything here? All you need is some lawyer to accept the suit on your behalf, and then the defendant will be forced to put down thousands to defend it.

Pine beetles, eh? That has been going on since long before I moved to COlorado in 1979. That's like griping about moss in Oregon.
