The guys at the shop and Steve are all stand up guys. If there is an issue with the bike, I'm sure Ryan will be happy to take care of it. Just realize that he is in Milan this week. He won't be back until next week.
In the mean time, Randy is there and as sales manager can probably give you some info at least. I do know that the bike was laid down at a track day. But was under the impression it had been repaired.
Just curious, what is the issue other than the different shades?
Since you asked, my thoughts would depend on what you paid for it. If you got a great deal, ride on. If you paid top dollar, I'd ask for a new tank.
