Default Directory of New Mexico Riders

Thanks, John, for scoring us our own local board! Woohoo!

Lets post up some basics about where we are all located in case other NMMR need assistance (or riding partners.)

As most of you know, I live up in Farmington. I'm up for rides nearly anywhere in the northern part of NM, southern Colorado, or most places in the 4-corners. I'm happy to help with route planning and road advice if your headed to any of these areas. I'd also be interested in riding with anyone who passes through or plans on making this area a destination.

I have a truck, trailer with ramp, garage with tons of tools/stands/jacks and a refrigerator. I'm more than happy to help out if anyone has problems within 150 miles or so. Worst case scenario, I could even help get your ride back to PJ's if we can't fix it at my place. Of course, my fridge is available even if your bike is running fine! ;D

My cell phone number can be provided via PM if your going to be traveling this way.

-Jeremy

I live in SouthEast Albuquerque about 4 blocks from PJ's. I am borrowing their tools and mechanics for now until I can familiarize myself with the bike. A little knowledge can be dangerous. My extensive collection of specialized Ducati tools reside under the seat of my Monster. If anyone breaks down in my neighborhood, they're going to need more than a toolkit. Cloaking device and silencer recommended.
I'm off Sunday through Tuesday every week and always up for a ride.

I live Near ABQ Uptown. I am a Realtor so my hours are pretty flexible for rides. Just let me know in advance and I will be there.

I live in NE Albuquerque and have only time to ride on weekends.
Most of the time I ride to the crest and back or check out South 14.
Does anyone have any destinations they would recommend for a weekend rider?

What's up?
I ride a black 06 S2R800 with the tangerine red stripe. Looking forward to meeting some fellow Monster riders. Got mine from PJ'S. I feel it lacks a little in the speed department. Should of bought the 1000. It's much faster. I started a group at meetup.com for sport bike types. You might want to make a monster group on that site? I just went for a ride with the group. We twisted past Chimayo to Truchas and Taos. The monster purrs in the twisties except for a some obnoxious backfires when downshifting. Either lack of oxygen or user interface problem? ??? It was a long ride but we made it back home with no break downs/crashes. Look forward to meeting you some day. Sometimes I go to Kelly's on Central.

Hey everyone,

I live in NE Albuquerque, I just got my bike three weeks ago from PJ's (man it's awesome). I like to ride as much as possible, so just let me know when you guys are riding.

drummerhoff,
Great choice.
I usually ride Sunday morning or sometimes early Saturday morning to the Crest and back.
Let me know if you are interested.

I'm located just SW of Menaul and Tramway.

I'm pretty busy on Sunday mornings, but I'm usually out in the east mountains riding on Saturday mornings.

Hey guys,
I'll try to get out of working Saturday morning by staying late during the week.
How about meeting at PJ's at 9:00 A.M this Saturday if my plan works?
