mod stock exhaust

hi guys new here and have m1100. having so much fun driving this awsome bike. but i need little bit of sound.

does any one know how to modify or open the stock exhaust. i saw this thread ones but i forgot to print. pls let me know thanx.

I have a M1100S with the carbon slip on Termi's and if there is any way you can afford them, I highly recommend this in lieu of modifying your stock cans.

I am not an air flow expert nor do I know how the stock ECU is programmed but it just seems to me that if you modify the stock cans, air flow may increase. Will the stock ECU compensate for this? Don't know but with the Termi's comes the race ECU and air filter which are designed specifically for this.
