Monday nights, Manchester, NH
Hey New England area kids, I am trying to get a bunch of people to get together on Monday nights at Murphy's in Manchester.
Go over the races, events of the weekend, how our track days went, bench racing, and the like.
AND if there is a Monday night race, possible Kevin will be a doll and put it on the big screen for us.
Just a thought.
I have posted on both the NEDOC site and Ducati MS, so if you think that this sounds like something that you might be game for hit me up with a PM, or reply.
I will find out when the tables are going to be going outside soon, and hopefully shortly after that I will post the first date.
Hope to see you there!! >

Re: Monday nights, Manchester, NH
I chose Monday nights for a few reasons.......I was going to try for Tuesdays, but last year Tuesday nights there were a nightmare......the local adult sports clubs, the VW club, and just a general pita.
Mondays everything is fresh on the mind, and from time to time a race will be held on a Monday night, so that is more fun to add to the pot.
Nashua can be done I am sure, but I think there is a bike night down there on Thursdays???? Somewhere in that area, some of my buddies who have Harleys go to it, but the night that I am talking about, would be mostly Ducs.
It's just a fun way to get together and get to know eachother.
Well, Im off, and Thanks Ducatini! I will check that out!

The bike night your thinking of is Motorcycle night, which is in lowell. Never been to it but hope to get there at some point this summer.

Re: Monday nights, Manchester, NH
The Lowell night is predominantly H-D's and gets pretty big... they have various sponsors and sometimes a band; every Tuesday from 5/20 through 9/16, 6-9pm. ( www.motorcyclenight.com)
I'd be in for an occasional Manchester (or Nashua) Monday night.

Re: Monday nights, Manchester, NH
I would be in for an occasional monday only. I would do every Monday but for some reason I got the wild idea of trying to find ways to make money and belong to an investment group that meets that night. Skipping one or two meetings and attending an event for a bunch of two wheeled hooligans definitely can be done.

Re: Monday nights, Manchester, NH
ok, Manchester/Nashua it is.
I e mailed the owner of Murphy's, but am going to call to get on his case as well, I figure with more pressure, he is sure to cave and put the tables out at some point.
THEN......it will be all about finding the perfect location in Nashua for the following.
Investment meetings???? It's just money, playing hookey is more fun ;D
When you have a bunch of deranged hooligans having a pint, talking about, and just having fun, it's more fun than stuffing wallets..........god forbid MY investment advisor should ever call back, I might actually get something off the grond.......in the meantime,........I'm riding!
Let you all know as things progress!! I'm STOKED!

Re: Monday nights, Manchester, NH
The date is set....Monday, May 5th.
How does btn 6-7 PM sound? I'll try to be there before with the Bebe outside to make it fairly clear.
They are starting to put tables out on the first, apparently it is a city ordinance, funny, I have seen other places with tables out, whatever, there is the info, now come out and play!!!!!
