Re: New Cliff's cycle revolution
honestly I am not a fan of cliffs, I have never been there but I have heard from too many people that they tend to shit talk other dealers and what not which just doesnt appeal to me, but hey to each his own.

Re: New Cliff's cycle revolution
jim, you should go check it out! i went a few week ago to pick up timing belts.
it's a really nice place! got the grand tour from Chris, the guy who sold me my duc in '05,
they have the largest service area, the doors are motion activated, and you drive right in!
inventory of duc's you wouldn't believe! i was shocked.
they have plasma tv's and leather sofa's for GP viewing party's,
a much larger selection of gear, picnic tables for outside meets,
an area in back for the msf classes they are now holding, etc, etc...
oh, and free gourmet coffee YaY!!!
they are having their open house on may 3rd, from 10-3pm
manufacturers reps, vendors, food, entertaiment.... and a stunt rider.
i think i'll be going [thumbsup]

Re: New Cliff's cycle revolution
I cannot comment on the 'tudes at Cliff's; they've all been nice and friendly (with the typical swagger I associate with car salesmen!)
However, the new location is really nice, as suggested by others here. Worth checking out, for sure. If nothing else, it's a good spot for a pee/water break during a ride.
I'll be there for the open house.

Re: New Cliff's cycle revolution
I plan on attending the open house as well. Maybe some people from Central Conn want to ride there together.

Re: New Cliff's cycle revolution
I was being considered (for a brief moment) as the Ducati sales rep for the new dealership, until I realized I couldn't afford to ride Ducati's anymore on the salary [laugh]
All kidding aside I know most of the people that work in the dealership and in general they're all nice people to deal with. I'm having a new set of shoes installed on the S4RS at Cliff's this Saturday.
