WTB: S2R Dark or 695 Dark (Location: sounthern Wisconsin)

Hello,

I've been looking for a Ducati for quite some time now and am in no hurry but would like to see what's out there. The search continues for a Dark S2R 800 or a 695 Dark model. However i will be interested in red models as well depending on the modifications done. I do not care whether the bike has the windscreen, but I would like to know whether the bike has service records though. I live in southern Wisconsin (zip code 53511) and would be willing to travel up to 75 miles to see the bike in person.

I live near Madison and am thinking of selling my 2001 M900s. It's red with about 11k miles. The only mods are carbon side panels, an open clutch cover, and shortened pipes. I've still got the original pipes and clutch cover, as well. Service has been done at all recommended intervals. Let me know if you're interested, and best of luck with your search.

Thank you for the link as I hope it helps other Wisconsinites out but I think I may have just found the deal of a lifetime on a 695. I just hope this one isn't sold out from under me as well like the last one.

A little more information about what I'm able to do.
-Will travel 200 miles as long as bike is promised to be there when I arrive.
-Top budget of $6300
-Looking specifically for 800/695 years 2003-2008 (I know,2007-08 will go for more than I have.)
-Color is no longer a preference.

I appreciate the reply! I've checked the Sturgeon Bay bike but as for the Madison bike I've just emailed him. Again, many thanks as I thought that I'd found all the bike around here, lol. Shows how much I know. [thumbsup]

Thanks Old school. I emailed the first guy as it seems like a pretty good price. If you find any others please post them up as I know other people that are looking for a bike as well. Hopefully I can get my hands on this one, hopefully. Haha
