FS: 2005 Ducati Monster 620 Dark in San Diego ($4000)

I have a 2005 Ducati Monster 620 Dark under my name. I don't ride and I want to get rid of it. It has a clean New Mexico title, but has expired New Mexico registration (since October 2007). It has approximately 990 miles on it. I believe it is all stock. It comes with two black keys, one red key, and the code card. It doesn't start, but then again I don't know ANYTHING about motorcycles, so maybe the reason it doesn't start is cause it doesn't have gas in it. It is in excellent condition; it just hasn't been ridden and has been in my garage this past year and a half. Would you be interested in buying it? I'll throw in motorcycle locks, cover, and a lowered seat.
