Default 2005 S2R 800 - SF area - Best reasonable offer

It has roughly 3700 miles, totally tricked out. You can see tons of photos on my website http://www.marinducati.com/photos.html It is my site, I am not a dealership.
The bike is located in Marin if you want to check it out.
I have the clean title in hand - the bike has never been down. Also, I have most of the stock parts that I will give in the deal. I already sold the BST's so they are not part of this, sorry.
Thanks,
Fitz

I am looking for the best reasonable offer, please don't send ultra low-ball offers. You guys all know what it is worth. Just be reasonable and I will let it go.

My Mods
This is the most current list of Mods to date on my 2005 S2R 800

Arrow ti full exhaust system

K&N airfilter open airbox

Dyno Jet PCIIIusb

14T front sprocket

CRG bar end mirrors

CRG levers

Competition Werkes tail chop kit

cycle cat frame sliders

Sargent Seat

Speedy Moto Triple clamp - Upper and lower

S2R adj forks upgrade anodized Black - This was a real upgrade, what was Ducati thinking when they put non-adjustable forks on the S2R?

Ohlins 46DR rear shock - This went along with the fork upgrade, if you upgrade the front, better do the back.

Brembo gold line brakes - The other place Ducati cut cost was in the brakes, are you kidding me, I got rid of the dual piston black Brembo's and upgraded to the quad-piston Gold-line Brembos, Now it has real braking power, the way a bike called a "Monster" should.

All the CF - CF rear Hugger - CF front fender - CF belt covers - CF sprocket cover - CF side covers - CF chain guards

I decided I had a better idea of how the swingarm should look, and decided that they should always match it to the frame, whatever color it is. Mine is Red, so, I powdercoated swingarm - shock spring - sprocket carrier and ride height bar Red, I think it looks amazing.
