Default Need some womanly help

So I wanted to get something for my GF when she gets here(she is from Italy, surprise).
I found some cool Ducati gear but the longer I looked the more I found and the more I got confused. i don't know alot about womans clothes so I am asking for some advise. I figure that some of you might have some of these and can help me with how they wear(to thin, too tight, etc.) I am looking for something that is not like pajamas or underwear, some thing more for every day, going out at night, or summer lounge wear that isn't see through or says " every one look at my ....". I don't want her to look slutty just more pretty.

Here are my pics.

I think these are great. Of course in yellow to match my bike, but it is expensive $70???!!

This is cool but can you even wear a bra with this? Are you suposed to?

Is this too sporty, seems like you could get away with it every day and it is not as skimpy as above.

I like what you all did with these, it is real nice. I would be in favor of the tank, spagetti tank or the camisole. I like the camisole because it is made by american apparel and there stuff is real nice. I don't know what the difference between a camisole and the spagetti tank is, They seem the same to me. I might even throw in the thong since it is, well, hot.

Apprecitate your advise on this and thanks. Just too many options and I would hate to pick something that is no good.

I'd get her one of the shirts that Ducatini did for our women's group. Tank tops are OK, but I find myself limited as to when/where I can wear them. It has to be a certain temperature, you have to be in a casual setting, and then there's the bra thing. T-shirts are safer IMO and in this case, it supports one of our local's efforts. [thumbsup]

why don't you get her a monster?
;D

for tank tops, if you like the look, you need to find out if they have built in support. a lot of tanks now come with almost a sports bra type thingie built in. these are the hot ticket, because you avoid the bra straps but you also avoid the "turkey's done" look.

if *my* dh was going to buy me a monster women tee, i would hope for the plain old regular "tank" tank top. cause it's cute and i can still wear undergarments.

bt- the difference between a camisole and a spaghetti top is the camisole is more like an under garment. it has a lower cut and is usually very low (loer than a bra strap) in the back. the spaghetti strap tanks have a higher neck and back line.

i used to work in clothing. LOL! looks like that actually wasn't a complete waste of 3 years!

you got that right!
according to the records at cafepress,
the t-shirts are more popular than the tanks....

most popular item is the cap sleeve T --> http://www.cafepress.com/dmlwomen_red.84294373
second most popular is the baby doll T --> http://www.cafepress.com/dmlwomen_red.84294371

Thanks.
I think I was on the right track.
As much as guys like to see women in tanks it is better left for magazines and home wear, not public domain.
So I am thinking of the orange ducati sports tank thingie and mabey the little T shirt on cafe or the regular tank.
Do you think that orange tank thing is too gym clothes like?

I was hopping to move up to a larger bike and mabey by then she can have the 750. I hope it lasts that long.

The orange tank looks like something I might wear to play basketball or something....

I have the second tank (dark blue) and I like the fit. It's flattering indeed. Even for someone like me lol [cheeky]

I saw it only comes in black or cream, i didn't see it in blue. This was the first thing I found and i still like it. Does it have internal suport or what do you do with it. I have to figure out how this works.

I like that polo too. more options.
