Need a tire changed

Anyone know of a good place to have a tire changed. Got a new rear and need it put on, just heard too many stories of goudged rims and new tires getting chunks taken out. Please Help!

Ducs Unlimited is having Spring bike workshop this Saturday.
We have a tAAr changer...not sure if it's open to non-club members (since I'm a n00b) but it might be.
