Default Ride Planner

Anyone in for a short-day ride somewhere in Michigan in the next couple weekends? According to weather.com, it looks to start getting a bit warmer the weekend after next. I'm sure desmorado and blackbird are in.

We should definitely meet up, go for a ride and have a beer.

I don't know... just wishing it was warmer (and dryer) outside on my day off to hop on the bike and take a ride.

I've mentioned it before, but if anyone's in for a good day trip, we can ride up to my cabin in St. Helen and rest up. from there, we can either come back the same day, spend the night, or spend the weekend. we have a couple of off-road vehicles, or the quads for the trails. OR just bullshit around the big fire pit out front and have a BBQ. or whatever..... regardless, I'm doing this trip with a friend of mine Gerald at a few times this season. if not the first time, you can join in on the next one. there is prolly going to be at least one trip that we are going to trailer up the bikes there and then ride around the country roads . that way we have more time to actually enjoy the roads there. we just got back yesterday and we had at least 6 inches of snow fall over night Wednesday . by Sat. morning it was sunny 45 degrees and all snow was melted ???. we should at least meet up somewhere in between to at least meet the other riders in our club. there is always the ride up Orion Lake rd towards Lapeer that kills a few 2-4 hours. as for having a beer, I don't drink, but I can act a fool [laugh].
just to make it easier for everyone, members should list their contact # so if a sur of the moment ride comes up, we can call. if not, you can read about the ride we took the next day here [cheeky].

I'd be in depending upon when. I'm having an open-house for my condo on the 28th/29th. With a little notice, I'm sure I could find a way to make it .
