Default Fans don't come on!! Monster 2002 S4

Hi Chaps,
I have a 916 2002 Monster and the radiator fans don’t come on at all even when they are supposed too. I have check in the Service Manual and it says that they should come on at 106 ish. Checked both sensors for a reading in resistance and they both match. The one in the top V is supposed to be the one that turns them on and adjust fuelling when warm. Noticed the bike stalls at tick over at lights, could it be over fuelling and flooding, hence stalling. The sensor is directly in to the ECU and does not have a relay. Fan fuse is o.k. and I have run both the fans with a direct 12v to them.

Can anyone help, its really getting annoying....

Yes it's cold here in the U.K whoever we get lucky sometimes.

Finger Crossed! Thank You
???

Id change the sensor. it sounds like when its cold its running fine but the sensor is supposed to shunt the fuel to normal operating limits. and also used in conjuction with the fans. if the sensore isn't responding to the temperature it wont click on the FANS nor shunt the fuel.
