it took me awhile to get it but you have to remember that the small hand is 2/3 past the 3.

In between each hour there is 30 deg.
From hour 4 to hour 8 you have 120 deg. between the hands.
but the samll hand is still 1/3 deg from reaching the four...so the remaining 10 deg + the 120 deg gives you 130 deg between the hands.

It is a nickname I was given by the computer crowd I used to associate with. In the earlier days FINGER was a tool used to obtain user information on UNIX based systems.

Another clock question:
You walk into a room that is sound proofed. You have no idea what time it is. You hear the clock chime one time in each of 4 instances. What time is it?

time to get new sound proofing :P

last thing I want is to spend all that money on soundproofing
and hear a damn clock.
