Anyone put down a deposit for the 696 yet? If so, how much for the deposit and did Primo or Delano say how many they are going to get in their first shipment and when?

Yep - I did. Also got the CF termi kit, and the little CF heatshield (stoopid; but it had to match eh ?).
The place I went to was only asking for a $500 deposit, and I paid 50% of the total cost of the parts on order. They are expecting the bike itself to be in sometime around late May/early June. The pipes, etc are expected to be in sooner....So you all may just get a photo of some CF termi's duct taped to my mountain bike ;D

Nice! Now bring it to Notte Italiana. I liked it at the show but would really like to see one ridden, and with aftermarket exhaust [thumbsup]

Personally I love the white but the matte black is pretty nice too...

I went for the white. I was *real* close to getting the red, then swapping to black tank, fender, etc (that way I'd have a red frame). But I wanted something a bit different. Plus I really like the pearl white of the S4R.
Not sure if you saw the CF Termi's on the white bike - Im somewhat ashamed to admit that I had a dream about that bike [cheeky]
