Default seen any motorcyclists yet?

Have you seen any one out on the road yet?

The first Sunday in March I saw someone riding down near Shakopee. I've seen two others on seperate occasions since Jan.

I wonder when I'll see two in one day.

When do you usually start riding?

I've seen a few, saw a kid on a scooter on campus (U M) when it was -20 back in January!

I generally wait for at least one decent rain to wash down some of the salt.

I think I saw that same kid Wednesday downtown Mpls. I saw another guy all bundled up on a cruiser of some sort a couple months ago on an oddly warm day. I've been jonesing lately.

I saw a guy driving an electric wheelchair in the middle of the street in Brookly Park last week. Does that count? It was snowing.

Yeah, the bikes are comin' out now that the weather's warm. I saw a Sportster 1200 near Century College today.

I like to wait until the street sweepers have come out to get the top layer of sand+salt off the roads. Probably a week or two from now...

Well it has been a week or two since you posted... Roads are still pretty dirty.

I know - I'm ready to start riding again. >

Maybe I'm a wuss, but I hate riding with all the salt and sand on the roads. I also wasn't expecting to see another 6" of snow fall this past week... :-\
