Blue '04 S4R For Sale in Garner

Team Powersports (Honda) in Garner has an '04 Monster S4R for sale (possible consignment). It's Dark Blue with a White Stripe and Wheels and a Arrow C/F full system. There's a couple small scratches here and there and the front brake handle is mangled. I may be interested in a trade but I'm scared it's been wrecked :-\. Does anyone know anything about this bike and/or the previous owner? Any advice or suggestions?

I don't know anything about the bike, but it sounds like it has been wrecked. ...not the kiss of death, though. Does it have a clear title?

I haven't spoken to anyone about it yet. I may go look at it in more detail tomorrow morning. I'll ask about the title then. I can't image a dealership would have a bike with a salvage title but you never know. Any suggestions of problem areas to look for? Our '06 S2R Dark has a plastic tank but this one is metal, when did they change?
