Default Help with clutch slave cylinder....

Hey guys, is there anyone in the Charlotte area willing to come to me and Seabass' place to help out with the installation of a clutch slave cylinder? He's been trying to get it working for over an hour now. We've bled the lines and bled the lines and bled the lines. Its like there's no pressure in the line but we're not seeing any bubbles after bleeding.

Any help would be rewarded with beer, new friendship, and dinner!

ETA: Nevermind, he fixed it. The offer for beer, etc. still stands of course! ;D

Silly girl. Giving away beer. :

It turns out that bleeding the slave alone is not enough. All I needed to do was bleed the Master cylinder and my new Evo slave is a happy slave.

Also installed pressure plate, open clutch cover, LED turn signals, integrated tail light, and DP CF short tail (no chop).

At least you figured it out without feeling as dumb as I did the time I replaced my clutch fluid reservoir. :-[

It took me quite a while to realize that there was a cap over the end of the nipple that you're supposed to remove before fitting the hose that runs to the master cylinder. [laugh]
