Default Saturday, November 3rd Italians Breakfast

Hey guys. I'm new on the board but I do know some of the Raleigh guys that are on here. My name is Eric and I ride a yellow 748. I'm with a small group of Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Ducati owners that are trying to form a group that is currently called Triangle Italian Motoring Enthusiasts. We're basically trying to bring people together who have a love affair with anything that's Italian, has an engine, and moves on wheels. We had our first breakfast last month and it was basically the small group that came up with this over on FerrariChat. We had three Ferrari's, a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, and my Ducati show up as well as one Ferrari owner who had to bring his DD since the Ferrari was getting serviced. This month will be our second breakfast and we hope to continue this monthly. This month the breakfast will be held on Saturday, November 3rd at 9 AM at Brig's Restaurant. Brig's is at the corner of High House and Maynard Rds. in the Maynard Crossing shopping center on the northwest side of Cary. Breakfast will be busy and there are no reserved seats (first come, first serve), so get their early if you want to eat. To be honest though, breakfast is secondary to getting together with fellow enthusiasts and enjoying our works of art. We're really trying to expand this. You should see an ad for this on the front of the News and Observer Auto section this Thursday. Please spread the word to anyone you know who owns or has a passion for any of the Italian marques. If you have any questions, you can personally email me at eccanong@ncsu.edu and also please send an email to TriangleItalians@gmail.com so that you can get on the mailing list for future events. I saw the post about how boring M-ROC has become since Ian left, so I'm giving you guys something to do here ;D I really look forward to seeing some of you out there, especially the faces I haven't seen in a while.

Here is some eye candy to entice you to join us 8)

Very cool concept for a club. Much luck with your group get togethers, i'd be more than happy to show up if I had a bike.

Now this sounds like an idea that might get some of the MROC'rs out for a ride. Rolling Italian beauty and food! Sounds like the 1st of every month, right? Meeting place varies? Cool!

It is supposed to be the second Saturday of every month, but as you can tell we've already broken that ;D We're varying the meeting place until we find some where that we really like. I've talked to the manager at Brig's and she said it gets pretty packed on a Saturday, so if we run into an issue where people want to eat and aren't able to get a seat, we'll move some where else next month. I've eaten at Brig's before and they have an awesome breakfast.

YoungOne, you should at least come out and see what shows up.

I'd love to, but I am currently transportationless for a while, and all the way out in Chapel Hill, since my crash my parents are sort of unwilling to drive me anywhere other than work.

If anyone brings their car out there from the carrboro/ chapel hill area, i'd love to tag along, anything to make it so I can get out of this house when I don't have work is awesome.

My brother and I will be there. My brother just got a new S4RS a few weeks ago so he is itching to ride it.
