Good twisties around Charlotte?

Seabass and I are looking for some good twisties to unleash the beasts. Any suggestions? We're based out of Charlotte and we're looking for routes we can start out on in the morning and make it back in the evening. We wouldn't mind a weekend trip either but we're both still building up our riding endurance so we'd like to start with day trips.

I know a few roads around here but some of the better ones are in the mountains. we need to get up w/ everyone in Charlotte and go ride.

I agree completely. I've seen a couple other Monsters around Charlotte and would love to get together. Seabass and I should be at the next Euro bike nite at Macs so maybe we can talk about it then.

Do you ride any particular mountain routes?
