32/611 on the PA side of the river isn't too bad.
I haven't found anything in hunterdon to be too exciting.

True but if you journey up to the NE corner of PA / SW corner of NY things get tasty.

Default NJ rides

I'm in Hunterdon and there are a few good roads. Down the river on either side to New Hope is a good quicky. Another is to take Rt 31 from Clinton, north thru Oxford, then right (east) on Rt 46, go about a mile and then left onto "Free Union Road". This is twisty and shaded. Take it to the end and turn right, this will be Mountain Lake Road. Go to end and turn left onto Hope Road. Proceed 1/2 mi and then right onto Shades of Death Road. This is also twisty, smooth and not much traffic. Follow it to the end and then turn left. Take the road a mile or two then right onto Rt 612. This leads into Allamuchy. Go north on Co Rd 517. Smooth, twisty and scenic. Take 517 all the way to Franklin. It is about a 1 hr ride more or less one way. Ends up in Sussix Co. Several other nice roads surround this area.
