winter is the best time to ride over hear, summer can be to hot sometimes. your sweating your ass of just getting your leathers on some mornings, we try to leave by 6.am in summer. there are police everywhere at the moment, i'm serving a 6 months loss of licence as we speak. i will be over there at christmas and am going to hire a bike for a few days, looking forward to it.
...but from what I understand, the best way to get a refresher course is to go back to the school or institute that trained you originally and see what they offer. A list of schools by state can be found here:
