My club has a day on June 25 if any of you are interested let me know. Here is the rest of the days we have already paid for:

1. Talladega Sunday April 15, 2007
2. Talladega Sunday May 20, 2007
3. Putnam Park Monday June 25, 2007
4. Nashville Motor Speedway Sunday July 22, 2007
5. Talladega Monday September 24, 2007

The club is 14 members with an emphasis on riding the track in smaller safer groups. We are having 21 total at Talladega so there are 7 spots open each day and we'll probably allow 20-25 extra people to come to Putnam and Nashville.

With such a small group there is a lot more track time. At Talladega we usually don't even run sessions, you just ride until you are tired and then rest (not everybody will be out at the same time). We will probably run 3 groups at Putnam and Nashville.

Anyhow, it is kind of expensive. $250 Putnam/Nashville and $225 Talladega - but you get a lot of time on the track and with less people there are a lot less red flags. We had only one last year. At STT or NESBA days I've had the entire morning sessions stopped due to red flags then some more in the afternoon!

If you haven't been to Tallladega I'd suggest going! It is one of my favorite tracks. All new pavement this year and a partial redesign. Plus we stop by the Barber Museum and stay in a kick ass hotel in Birmingham. It is a good trip for comrades. We cook out at the track, etc....
