Default OEM Tires on 2005-2007 S2R 800?

Does anyone know what are the OEM tires that came on the 2005-2007 S2R 800? I got a 2005 recently with low miles. The bike came with Michelin Power 2CT but I was under the impression that these bikes came with Pirellis. Mine was originally from Japan but has been imported to Hong Kong for what it's worth. When I replace these eventually, I want the stock tire brand/size.

Thanks.

If you think you probably don't need a helmet, you probably don't.

Sometimes it takes a whole tank of fuel before you can think straight again.

From what I understand the 'stock' tyres change each year. Not the size, but the tyre. Did you try Google?

My U.S. '05 has 5500 miles on it and I'll soon be replacing the stock Pirelli Diablo's.

I'm original owner of an '06 and it came with Michellin Pilot Powers. It's on the third set now. They provide smooth ride, wear well and have good grip for general road use.

Interesting! There were multiple OEM tire brands from the factory in that case. My bike came to Hong Kong from Japan and is wearing the Mich Power 2CT (2 compound tread) that has been mentioned. Thanks for the responses!
