I did this tour last year -
Ours was Ducati, then Ferrari then Lamborghini....
Almost too much RED Italian Metal in one day...
http://www.motorstars.org/ - Highly recommend...
Was an all day affair - 8:00 till about 4:00 as I remember.
Have a blast and don't miss the Ducati Gear Store across the street from the Factory!!

Was there anything in the Ducati gear store that we couldn't get here in the states? I am heading over in November and I am looking to schedule my tour too.

Sorry - I did not shop much in the U.S. before we headed over -
Do spend some time in the "close-outs" bin next to the cash register - found some great deals there!!
Mostly clothing in the store - Got to sit on a Diavel though as they had a few of the then NEW bikes on display - I'll bet they have a Panagale on stage!!
Have a blast and enjoy the FOOD in Bologna - I think my best meal was in that town!!
The "tour" was a Blast - almost too much RED Italian metal for one day though!!

If these guys are still operating, and if you like wine, might want to visit:

http://www.desmorosso.com/en/index.php

They're in Vicenza area, about an hour northwest(ish) of Bologna. You can probably arrange a winery tour. A short distance from Dainese WHQ too, if you're a D-fan. Visit the outlet store if you go.

Ciao!
