which monster to buy?

My 848 is for the track only so I'm in the market for an everyday / long distance rider. Here are my choices:

08 S4RS Tricolore (great price on it)
09 M1100
09 696

The older S4RS is a great bike but is the older (heavier) design but has more HP. The new 1100 looks to be a great bike and being the latest model should perform well. I like the 696 but fear the engine would be too small for me, especially on the highway. Thoughts and feed back based on experience are greatly appreciated.

Id go with the S4RS just because I am not a big fan of the new monster with the larger wheel base. Take the 696 out of the picture.

The tricolore is a pretty solid bike and I am still debating on getting that instead of the new streetfighter just because it is a beautiful machine and a true monster. The new design is ugly and they are just using the hypermotard's engine (air cooled). I prefer the liquid cooled engines myself (especially since I live in AZ)
