Carbon Fiber Tank on Ebay

He sent me an email last night telling me he'd give me a replacement. He'd even be willing to meet me with the new tank to make sure it was up to snuff.

I told him the quality sucked and I wanted a refund.

He said he would replace the tank but it would take three weeks.

I said I have waited long enough and just want a refund.

He agreed and I am sending the tank back tomorrow.

I'd make sure you get ALL of your money before you send that tank back... Also, make sure he gives you an extra 2% to compensate for losses to paypal fees if you used paypal.

What's up Sause? I'm the guy that started the Ebay Scammer thread. Sorry to hear you got taken by this POS. His response to you was identical to what I heard.

Are you getting your refund through Paypal once the tank is returned? If not, I have little hope he'll actually send you back your funds. I'm not trying to agitate you more but this jackoff has done this to dozens of people and they received no refund. There are a couple of people in the process of building a suit against this guy. I can put you in touch with them if you get no reprive. My suggestion though is to play nice with him right now and meet him for "the exchange". You will have a better chance of getting your money back by cornering him in person... just my $.02

I have read this forum for a while before joining and everyone who purchased one of your tanks said it was crap. They posted pictures and they look horrible. If your tanks and business practices are so good then why do you keep changing your ebay account?

so why are the two 'tanks' with positive feedbacks private auctions that i cannot view? for all i know the auctions were for butt plugs and you add you comment about another satisfied customer.
