i dunno.* i like the way a sculpted DSS looks, like on the desmosedici.* something beefy and funcitonal about them.

but i hear you on the point of adjustment and wheel removal.

Looks like they may be adopting a front end look more like the desmosedici, which I like. I'm sure the exhaust is not final, and the bodywork has a ton of tacked on crap to throw people off, but it has potential. Too bad I can't spend $20K on a bike :-[ .

Doesn't look strange too me... It's the same process as for disguising a car prototype - black tape and garbage bags, possibly some tacked on bits to change the shape. I think its the real prototype.

I definatly like where ducati is going.... I mean, I LOVE THE SWITCH BACK TO A SSS, AND JUST IMAGINE THE TORQUE FROM A 1098cc MOTOR?!?!! >

also, that does look pretty real to me, I mean, its obvious that the bike is hidden under the cover of a messy 999 bodywork, but I am sure the final product will be awesome.....

and while the rear wheel hub may look similar to that of older sbk's, that is actually a new SSS with a wider, beefer midsection, like that of the MV agustas

Ya know, I've always considered duct-taping a 2X4 onto my fairing...now I know just how schweet that would be! >

I have absolutely now idea on the pictured bike.

If that bike had a MotoCzysz front suspension on it, I might be more excited.
