He means the frist AMA supermoto

back then used to be Superbikers and was an event by ABC TV station...

French took the original superbikers concept that died in the mid 80s in US and creaded the Supermotard(=super biker in french) Their first national championship started in 1986 and the frist Guidon'D'Or back in 1989 and Winner of the frist event was Eddie Lawson aboard a motarded CR500

I don't thing the GP bike is ready for show yet.

MCN announced around the time of the Sport Classics that there would also be a 750 F1 inspired classic and that never turned up. Maybe another MCN phantom bike...

"MotoCafe" from MotoCreations perhaps?* I do more than just choppers although people don't realize that.* I just always thought the TT2 racer and the 750F1 were the ultimate culmination of the old Ducati tradition -- I'm not a big fan of the Super Sports series since.* I have always wondered what would have evolved if Tamburini had played with this design motif instead and incorporated some of his 916 parts, geometry and and a bit swoopier bodywork for it as well as the modern 2-valve engine. (There will be a racer version later with a different tail section for the purists)

note:* "MotoCafe" will be posted on the new website that will debut tomorrow with pricing and is underway currently.

I like the looks of that a lot. I wouldn't mind my monster looking like that at all.
