Default Alpinestars Indy or GP Plus perf or GP-R?

Hello all,

Having a hard time deciding between 1 of the three...I currently have 3 other leather jackets. A Dainese Zen i'll use for commuting. A RS Taichi GMX Motion for those hot spirited days. An Alpinestars GP Plus (Non perforated) for those cooler days. Most would probably find these 3 jackets enough...my only concern is that all three are all black! After nearly getting sideswiped by a car the other night, i'm thinking a more visible color would be appropriate.

All three of the jackets above are available in White or White/Black and all are perforated and will likely take the place of the GMX Motion which i'll sell or just keep in the closet.

The only difference I really see between any of them is that the Indy is a thinner leather and less flashy. The GP Plus and GP-R from what I can tell have all of the same specs but with slightly different design...I'm leaning towards the GP-R as I like the look a bit better but i'm not sure if it's really worth the extra $30 and I'm not a big fan of the snaps on the neck and the wrists...

Which one would you chose??

I'd definitely go for the GP-R mate, looks "sportier" and more "stylish" (if you're into that kind of thing) than the other 2

Don't know whether you had white only jackets before but -trust me- it's not an easy colour to keep it "clean" looking, this is regarding the Indy of course.

May i suggest the Dainese Avro leather jacket ? : http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com...l.bok?no=13106

The Racing pelle is also pretty neat : http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/Detail.bok?no=7598

Happy purchase(s) duder

I think you're right on the GP-R, i'm probably going to pick that one up. I like the Avro and the Racing Pelle but am not a huge fan of Dainese jacket for the price to function ratio.

Snaps on a jacket are a real PITA, especially with gloves on.
The Indy looks the most perforated, but theres not much in terms of "style" to it.
If those are the only three you're looking at, I'd go with the GP-plus.

Personally, Id sell the Black GMX motion jacket and get one in White, but I'm also really a sucker for Taichi gear.
