Rapid Transit Tank Bag - The Stack LT

I've had this bag about 4 months and just today the friggin zipper (one between the lower compartment and upper bag) snapped! I'm pretty pissed about it considering I wasn't even yanking that hard on the zipper and I havn't used it that much. I'm going to try to get a hold of Rapid Transit and see if there is some sort of warranty, but I certaintly wouldn't recommend this bag! Not to mention it isn't to easy to zip the two sections together.

Well I got a hold of the guy in support and he said there is a warranty and they will be sending the new bag tomorrow. I have to say their customer service is very good, but we'll see if this new bag holds up.
