Question Icon Recon Tank Scratches

So I bought a pair of Icon Recon pants and every time I wear them, they leave hairline scratches on my tank. Apparently the black stretch material is just rough enough to work almost as well as fine sandpaper. I've contacted Icon and they tell me I'm the only person on earth who has ever had such a problem. I'd like to know if I'm the only person on earth who ever had such a problem.

I don't think you're the only soul on the planet with scratches in the side of your tank and the Recons are not the whole problem. I have Dainese pants and IICON Anthems with "articulated" knees and they both scratch my tank in the same spot. Somewhere out there is a company that makes a "temporary" sticky clear cover that fits these tanks. Any DMLers out there seen this?

Yes. I have the non-adhesive tankslapper film. I got it from Monster Parts. It goes on really easy, just takes some patience.
