Teknic Pants

Has anyone worn or owned these pants? Looking for some waterproof warmer ones.

No experience with those, but I have a pair of Teknic Monsoon overpants I'll sell you cheap. They're size 30 or 32 I think. They'll keep you dry and they're warm, but they're a little bulky for my taste so I haven't worn them in a couple years.
