I believe this is a new item. It looks pretty cool. Does anyone own one or possibly have seen one to comment on it?

Looks nice but pricey at $170. I am in the market for a backpack and there are a lot out there. Kriega, Azio, Ogio all make nice packs. There are also the non-specific motorcycel bags. One question, is having the waist strap important? I realize that most come with a sternum strap but not all have a waist strap.
