Default Valve Guide Seals

How do I fit the valve guide seal to the top of the valve guide? I can't seem to get it to slide over the top so it seats properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks.

just speaking from normal automotive knowledge here, i don't know how they could be different from any normal automotive guide seal but if they aren't all i normally do when installing them is find a deep well socket that the seal sit under nicely, lube up the seal with some oil, and give it a tap with a hammer, usually they pop on no problem.
