Question front rotor upgrade on 06' Monster 620

i have a 06 m620,
lately i've having problem with the front brake system,
it's making some small noises every time the tire runs a full circle,
when the pad hit the same spot on the front rotor,
therefore i assume it's becuz there is some damage to the
rotor?
should i just buy a OEM one or i can change to some better front rotor too??
would a 320mm in diameter, 5.5mm thick rotor fit on my bike?
cuz i notice the OEM one is 4.5mm

thank you for all replies

OEM front rotor will cost around $249.

You can get a good aftermarket one like the Galfer wave rotor for ~$265.

Also, check your caliper and give it a good cleaning to make sure the pistons arent gunked up and not retracting properly

thank you again for the reply,
and does 320mm and 5.5 mm thickness rotor fit on a m620?
or do i have to change the caliper too to accomadate the disc?
i was looking at Brembo HP Ducati 10mm Offset Rotor Kit, and not sure if that one is good?

thanks again

Single brake is a 320 (i think the ones with the two brakes and small black calipers used a 300)
dunno about the thickness.

do you know which bike the rotor you were looking at was used on?
